Context

Kidede Secondary School in Kotido district has been selected to participate in the final continental debating competitions with the champions of South Africa, Cape Town High School. However, it is expensive to transport the whole class to South Africa. With the availability of ICTS, it is possible for this debate to take place without the two schools meeting physically

Tasks

a) Explain how the debate between the two schools can

be conducted with the use of ICTS. b) Suggest the precautions that should be taken when using the ICTS in (a) above.
