How to Tell if Someone is a True Libertarian

These are the things I install immediately when I get on a new Windows
machine.

1. Linux Tools: install tools so that you can do things like ls and grep
   without going insane

2. SysInternals Tools: have these available wherever you are in the command
   line

3. Update your Path: ensure that all the tools above are available from the
   command line wherever you happen to be
