Why I’m No Longer Warning People Before I Link to My Own Content Within Social Networking

How about a web app that filters meritocracy sites (Digg, Reddit, Hacker
News) into new feeds based on thresholds of upvotes?

So, one feed is the top 50% of all front-page stories, another is the top
25%, and another is the top 10%. This way you can subscribe to a given
service without feeling overwhelmed by 1000 posts if you miss a couple of
days.

Would anyone use such a thing?
