One day, John fell sick.  His body was too hot and he became weak.  His eyes were red and watering.  He had headache.  He could not eat or drink.  The whole day, developed a rash.  When he was taken to the hospital, the doctor said John had measles.  Measles is a childhood killer disease like polio, tetanus, whooping cough, diphtheria and tuberculosis.
