The study of Nutrition and Food Technology enables you to appreciate nutrition and food technology; this study is about how to develop food products, improve food systems and protect the integrity and safety of the food supply chain.
This coursebook is designed to enable you to acquire knowledge, skills, values and attitudes while understanding Nutrition and Food Technology as a subject. It will give you an opportunity to study actively. This includes brainstorming tasks and learning activities which are very much hands-on for your learning experience. It facilitates learning and acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary to lead into various professions in nutrition and food technology.
